China's efforts in the Global South have changed minds in a significant portion of the Black/Brown communities here in the US. Not based on anything other than what I see and hear among boots on the ground and their followers but it's definitely changed for the better. the Black Panther Party embraced the CPC baIck in the day and that revolutionary consciousness stayed and evolved. The small % who embraced maga are an anomaly.
Young people of all races no longer rely upon MSM for information in the way their parents did. TikTok and other social media do that. Yes it's largely garbage (as is CNN/Fox/NYT etc) but unlike MSM there are also nuggets of truth.
